Eligibility

You are eligible to join RESDC if you are:

• a retired employee of San Diego County who receives a retirement allowance
• a surviving spouse
• an active employee of San Diego County*
  *Individuals who are currently employed or who have worked for San Diego County are eligible for non-voting Active Employee Membership. All other membership benefits apply.

What Does it Cost?

Retired Employee Membership (Retired Employee or Surviving Spouse): $5.00 per month.
This may be paid through a monthly payroll deduction or a $60 annual fee paid directly to RESDC.

Active Employee Membership: $12.00 per year.
To be paid as a $12 annual fee directly to RESDC. Active Employee Members are non-voting and cannot hold office. All other membership benefits apply.
