<p>A new affordable housing community for older adults has opened on South Santa Fe Avenue in North County. La Sábila, located just outside the City of Vista in unincorporated San Diego County, offers 85 affordable apartments for residents ages 55 and older. The $48.5 million development includes 42 units reserved for adults 62 and up who are exiting homelessness.
