SDCERA reported an investment return of ​15.2% for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026. SDCERA’s assets under management were $22.8 billion.

Based on FY 2026’s return, SDCERA’s three-year investment return was 12.6%, the five-year return was 7.2%, and the 10-year return was ​8.6%, all as of June 30, 2026. These investment returns are annualized and net of fees. Read More…

Construction is underway on Coast Villas, a new affordable housing community in Oceanside for older adults with low incomes. A groundbreaking ceremony was held today at 1111 S. Coast Highway to celebrate the start of the 56‑unit development. Coast Villas will provide homes for people ages 55 and older who earn 30 to 50 percent of the area median income.
