Construction is underway on Coast Villas, a new affordable housing community in Oceanside for older adults with low incomes. A groundbreaking ceremony was held today at 1111 S. Coast Highway to celebrate the start of the 56‑unit development. Coast Villas will provide homes for people ages 55 and older who earn 30 to 50 percent of the area median income. Fifteen apartments will be set aside for veterans experiencing homelessness, including 12 units for veterans with behavioral health needs. Read More…
